Thomas Kercher founded Jomicon after more than two decades working at the operational core of the global renewable energy industry. He has built companies, turned around companies, led market entries, structured transactions, and sat in the chair when the decisions mattered.

Jomicon exists to bring that depth of hands-on experience to the companies that need it most: those at an inflection point, where the right strategy and the right leadership can make an extraordinary difference.

The phrase "Sustainable Business Engineering" is not a marketing tagline. It is a description of what Thomas has spent his career actually doing.

Over more than two decades, he has helped launch and build a significant number of companies, renewable energy businesses of many kinds, from photovoltaic solar to biomass district heating, from residential installation to large-scale international EPC contracting.

Building each of these required the same set of disciplines: a command of the relevant technology, the ability to model and stress-test the financials, the operational experience to execute with precision, and the leadership to bring teams through periods of rapid growth and significant change.

That is what "Sustainable Business Engineering" means: bringing genuine engineering rigour (technical, financial, and operational) to the challenge of building businesses that work. And work for a long time.
