Track Record
FEBESOL was a well-regarded residential solar installer with a strong reputation for quality, but limited scale and a narrow operational scope. After a series of intensive strategy sessions, Jomicon developed a transformation plan: to rebuild FEBESOL as a fully vertically integrated, nationally operating solar EPC company.
We did not just recommend the transformation. Thomas joined the Board of Directors as Co-CEO and became a shareholder, ensuring complete alignment between strategy and execution.
Within two years, FEBESOL had grown from a regional player into one of Germany's most dynamic residential solar companies, operating nationwide with a team of close to 200 people.
In 2024, FEBESOL was acquired by Thermondo GmbH, Germany's largest residential energy services company. A successful exit that validated both the strategy and the execution.
